Lisa Weber - Managing Director

LisaPhotoLisa Weber the Founder and Managing Director of SuperStar Consulting Pty Ltdstarted her business and marketing career over 20 years ago with top accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. Since then Lisa has worked with hundreds of small and medium business as a financial and business adviser; been Financial Controller of a Credit Union; had an interesting role as the Business Manager for an Environmental organisation; was the General Manager for several Accountancy Practices; established an Australian Branch office for a US software company; and had a sales and consulting role working with 90 Accountancy Practices in Qld.

One of her greatest skills is being able to enter a new organisation, and within a short period of time, gain an appreciation and understanding of the organisational changes that may need to be
implemented to improve efficiency and team morale.

Lisa embraces and enjoys change, and she is an excellent change agent, having worked with over 90 Accounting Practices in a Change Management Consulting role, with an outcome of
helping them systemise and grow their businesses.

Her formal qualifications are - a Bachelor of Business, with majors in Accounting and Marketing; being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants; and she has also completed a Master of Business Administration, with a major in Marketing.

SuperStar Consulting was the dream of Lisa Weber, many years ago. She wanted to create a business that was all about helping small business. Having grown up in a small business family, with a father who had started his own, very successful small business when she was only 3 years old, she understands the struggles and challenges that all small businesses, and their families go through.

After 20 years in business management and accounting, Lisa Weber is now offering all her knowledge and expertise to small businesses, and achieved her dream in 2005 of starting her own business.

Lisa has now embarked on the next stage of her career, leveraging off all her previous expertise and knowledge, to help other businesses and business people. She specialises in helping small business owners make their business more efficient through the implementation of systems, marketing strategies and financial review.
